Q3 2017 LTI Incident Analysis Report
PDO’s LTIF target for this year is 0.22. The 2017 Q3 was (0.22) which was better compared with (0.24) in the Q3 in 2016. PDO suffered 17 LTIs in this third quarter, one less than in 2016 but with more man-hours worked in 2017. The following analysis of the incidents is designed to identify trends and points of statistical interests to target future resource.
