Q1 2015 LTI Incident Analysis
PDO’s LTIF performance for 2015 Q1 was (0.22) which was a significant improvement compared with (0.40) rates in Q1 in 2014. PDO suffered 11 LTIs in the first quarter, six less than in 2014 and with more man-hours worked. The following analysis of the incidents is designed to identify trends and points of statistical interest to target future resource.
