Driving while fatigued
Driving while fatigued (Forcing yourself to drive when you are tired or sleepy) Impairs your ability to safely perform even basic-driving tasks. Decreases your concentration and reaction time as it results in misjudgments. Can result in erratic driving behaviour. To avoid driving while fatigued, you should: Get an adequate amount of sleep every night. Avoid driving between 12 midnight to 6 am adn 2 pm to 4 pm. If you do become driwsy while driving, be sure to choose a safe place to pull over and rest. Avoid travelling long distances after a full day of work. Avoid travelling on a full stomach after an immediate meal.
