The purpose of this document is to provide procedural guidance on the management of HSE in Contracts. Part 1 provides a checklist for all Contract Holders and Company Site Representatives (and other contract staff) to follow.
This issue supersedes Version 4 that was issued in January 2002. Any persons holding "Hardcopies" of the version 4 document must dispose of them and reference only the Controlled Version 5 copy from LiveLink.
