Recommended Actions:

• Dont change battery specifications or orientations.
• Battery hazard awareness (terminal leads fully covered).
• PTW system must be applied for any job requiring electrical or mechanical isolation. Even for 12 v batteries.
• Hold formal daily meeting with key personnel for planning all activities (PTW/TRIC planning).
