The investigations of the fatality on Rig 151 are continuing.

• The Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation, formerly Department of Mines and Energy, completed its preliminary work on site early last week.
• Lucas has issued additional instructions to our workforce, designed to increase awareness relating to all loading and unloading activities.
• Lucas has attached a Safety Alert to provide immediate focus points for implementation industry wide. These measures are precautionary while we await the findings of the formal investigation.
