The video is a re-enactment of 2 Lost Time Incidents (LTIs) that occurred in 2000, on Deutag rigs.
Two specific areas are highlighted in this video. One is the necessity to exercise control on the activities of third party personnel that arrive on location and the other is a demonstration of the necessity to use correct tools and procedures to carry out the various tasks. Incidents re-enacted were:

1. Water tank driver who came to the rig to unload fresh water, injured his thumb when he tried to help the mud tester who was trying to manhandle a 4¿ hose.(LTI 27th April)
2. A Roust about injured his rt.index finger when he lost grip on the sledge hammer.
