Looking back at the first half of 2002, we have recorded 26 LTI¿s of which 2 resulted in fatalities. The injuries can be grouped into the following categories. Broken fingers, broken limbs, lacerations and general injuries from RTA¿s and others such as eyes, nose and back injuries.
Injuries resulting in broken fingers have occurred mostly during activities supporting drilling and well services operations. The broken limbs, lacerations have mostly occurred from Road Traffic accidents while eyes, nose and back injuries have become random from different areas of our operations.
