On 27th November 2003 an RTA on a graded road in the Marmul area resulted in the death of 2 young men and 4 injured people. They overtook in a dust cloud and drove head-on into an oncoming truck. This incident could have been prevented by simply following the dust code. This Powerpoint pack has been produced in an attempt to explain and educate drivers on the principles of the "dust code". Supervisors can take this package for discussion in toolbox or HSE meetings.
