Helmet? Chin-strap Always!
A worker fell from 1.4 metre height, hurt his head and died. Although, he was wearing a safety helmet (often called hard hat), it fell off his head as he fell. He was not wearing the chin-strap. The Alert highlights the importance of wearing the chin-strap of a helmet.
