An incident occurred recently in the interior during the offloading of pipe bundles from a trailer using a crane. The offloading included a lift of two bundles at a time. However due to the bundle arrangement on the trailer it was necessary to lift one end each at a time to slide the sling underneath. During this activity one end of the load started to swing nudging a free bundle on the trailer. The free bundle started to roll trapping the operator¿s left foot causing a severe injury.
