The purpose of this document is to provide procedural guidance on the Preparation of the formal C-09 HSE requirements in Contracts.

This issue supersedes Version 3.8 which was issued in October 2009. Any persons holding "Hardcopies" of the Version 3.8 document must dispose of them and reference only the Controlled copy Version 3.9 from LiveLink.
