This is a PDO Level I 1day HSE program designed for all staff who do not have a supervisory role. The program incorporates 2 hours of STOP¿ system training.

The STOP¿ materials are copyrighted to the Dupont organisation and must be used in full.

All of the materials provided to you are copyrighted, and may only be used to deliver training to PDO or PDO contractor staff. Infringement of the copyright and conditions of use will be viewed very seriously by PDO.

All the provided materials will enable you to cover the required topic areas and enable delegates to have a fair opportunity to meet the required competencies. You are authorised to select the materials you wish to use to achieve the required competencies in the best way. Guidance is given on how best to use each slide, as notes below the slide. You are strongly advised to read these notes as part of your pre-course preparation.

There are additional video materials available to you in a file on the DVD named `Linked Resources¿ that you may select and use if you feel it is appropriate.

You must focus on facilitating delegate learning rather than delivering training. The smartness in the room is smarter than the smartest person in it. Prior to the course, you should warn building occupants that your delegates will be carrying out a number of practical exercises for you inside and outside the building during their training.
