Unsafe Condition - HT-400 Pressure Relief valve discharge pointing towards operating console
Prior to commencing any pumping / pressure testing operation ensure you : Inspect the pumping unit/equipment and complete the pre-job inspection list. Conduct a pre-job HSE meeting and discuss hazards associated with pressure, the controls and responses to take should an incident/unplanned event occur. DO NOT start the job if you think it is unsafe to do so.
