It establishes the basis for annual corporate strategic planning through analyzing of data from incidents investigations, behavioral observations and level 1 auditing.
It tracks corporate plans execution, status of actions from the level 1 assurance and HSE performances and provides feedback to the company, it’s contractors and the shareholders.
