The final opportunity for directorates to get their management compliant in the IVMS line manager and focal point training is upon us. We have a limited timescale and budget for this training to take place and take up of the courses to date has been very disappointing.

We are providing the line directors with the identities of the people who have been nominated for training but who currently have failed to attend and they will no doubt encourage attendance through their directorate.

The course schedule and booking form is attached so if you have previously been notified and identified as requiring to attend either the half day or the 2 hour "1 to 1" courses then you are encouraged to book a suitable date and attend to avoid embarrassment.

PDO has invested a significant amount of money introducing the `in vehicle technology¿ and it cannot afford for this investment to be wasted due to any apathy of management to learn and to use the system effectively.
