• Introduction of core HSE Learning Ladder for new hires.
• Requirement for new PDO staff to attend the HSE Induction course in addition to the on-line site specific HSE Induction.
• Introduction of core HSE competence performance statements for use during/after courses and in the workplace that need to be achieved by all new staff.
• Introduction of workplace core HSE competence assessments carried out by supervisory staff, and the quality assurance system attached to it.
• Requirement for existing supervisory staff to retrain on the Safety Leadership program appropriate to their role, and follow-up arrangements after training.
• Integration of STOP Training within the core HSE Learning Ladder courses and cessation of previous STOP training arrangements.
• De-selection, Step-Out and Training Equivalency processes to either avoid unnecessary HSE-SD training, or accelerate course attendance.
