Safe Operations of a Vacuum Tanker
The video is a re-enactment of a fatal incident that occurred at Rima on 8th June 2000, wherein while trying to discharge oily sludge from a vacuum tanker, the back end dish end door of the tanker flew open with great force and hit the victim on the head killing him instantly.
The re-enactment is followed by a demonstration of the essential safety features of a vacuum tanker and how the job of suction & discharge of fluid should be carried out safely.
