HWDP was being transferred from pipe bin to pipe rack. Rig¿s forklift truck was not available, so crane was being used to sling the pipe. Roustabout was installing sling under the HWDP. Man used his foot to roll the HWDP. As the HWDP rolled back, the heel of his safety boot got trapped between the lower pipes and the HWDP bent his foot upwards.
