Concurrent operations
Whilst cutting conductor pipe in the bottom of cellar, a small explosion occurred inside the conductor pipe when gas ignited and blew water and vapor upwards. This caused the hole cover to be blown from the rotary table. The rotary table cover then deflected off the bottom of the top drive, grazing the leg of a floorman working on the rig floor.
