• Check the surrounding and plan the manoeuvre with the helper
• Do not move unless you can see the helper
• Act as per agreed hand signals from the helper
• Use your mirrors
• STOP the vehicle if in doubt
• Do NOT rush.

Reversing Rules for Helper:

• Must get down from the vehicle
• Must stand away from the vehicle
• Must always have eye contact with the driver
• Must use agreed hand signals
• Shall NEVER stand behind the moving vehicle
• STOP the vehicle if in doubt
