Compliance and Impact Assessment Team (MSE24) covers environmental assurance process of how PDO manage environmental compliance.

The Impact Assessment process is aligned with, and carried out during, the project development cycle to inform design and decision making. Activities undertaken during the Impact Assessment process predict future environment, social and community health consequences of proposed project actions and evaluate their significance.

Projects and Assets are responsible for ensuring all required environmental deliverables are in place and ensuring implementation of the control measures and monitoring plan as highlighted in the project impact mitigation plan throughout the project cycle.

Compliance with environmental requirements, regulations and company specifications to protect the environment is implemented through internal audits, ISO14001 audit and Env. Letter of Assurance (LoA).

Projects and Assets are responsible for ensuring valid environmental permits and licenses are available and obtained as per government regulations, with MSE24 Team support.
