Petroleum Development Oman Services (PDO-S) L.L.C is a Limited Liability Subsidiary Company of PDO. It was established in 2021 to commercialise PDO’s strong technical capabilities, inherent capacity and competitive edge in niche areas such as EOR, Geo-solutions, innovative technologies and others.

The PDO Pension Fund for Omani staff was established on 1st January 1980. The objective of the Fund is to provide pensions and lump sum benefits for its Members and their Dependants on retirement and death.
PDO has boosted its training provision to equip staff with the technical and operational skills they need for a new hi-tech age in the oil and gas industry with multiple programmes that offer structured on-job training and on-job support such as the Technical Omanisation Programme (TOP) for Omani technical diploma holders and the Graduate Development Programme (GDP) for Omani Bachelor degree holders. In addition to multiple courses, there are short- and long-term secondment opportunities available for mature hires.

PDO advertises positions for both graduates and experienced professionals. Please note that we consider applicants with less than three years of experience as "graduate" candidates.
