They are now a number of 'values streams' - business areas- where Lean tools and principles have been introduced:
Well Delivery, Operate and Maintain, Well and Reservoir Management, Contracting and Procurement, People and Project Delivery. So far more than 50 improvement projects have been initiated across the value streams, and improvement delivery timelines and the planning and execution of replications are getting better.
In 2014, we awarded 17 Lean Practitioners their global accreditation certificates and 90 staff underwent Lean Manager training. More than 2,000 have received Lean awareness and basic training, as we continue to build a solid Lean internal capability foundation across the Company.
