INTRODUCTION

• The attendance of safety day is mandatory and it is included in the PPC (please ensure your team is aware).
•  Only HSE Team Leads and / or HSE Advisors are authorized to conduct Safety day.
• In each session, there will be a recognition for individual who made great contribution toward the safety culture.
• Individuals will be encouraged in the session to come up with ideas on how to solve the private commuting.

OBJECTIVES

A fundamental pillar in achieving and sustaining world-class safety culture is ‘behavior based safety’ or BBS. Our focus this year will revolve around ensuring every individual, employee or contractor is aware of his or her role in ensuring a positive behavior based safety culture and how they can contribute to the overall safety performance.
It is essential for all of us to understand our of the newly launched BBS system ‘IHTIMAM’ can support in creating a strong safety culture for us to achieve no harm to people and the environment, which is our Goal Zero journey.
